综合实训作为对高职高专学生三年学习的总结,是连接专业课程与毕业设计的一门重要的课程。与学科教育相比,高职高专的学生应该更强调动手操作能力。本文在总结分析高职高专综合实训课程存在的不利于学生发展的因素,提出了基于学生岗位能力的创新型、开放型综合实训课程的发展模式,希望能为高职高专综合实训课程的发展提供参考。
Comprehensive training as a summary of three years of learning for students of higher vocational colleges, is an important course connecting professional courses and graduation design. Compared with the subject education, higher vocational students should be more emphasis on hands-on ability. This article summarizes and analyzes the factors which are unfavorable to the students ’development in the comprehensive training courses for higher vocational colleges and puts forward the development model of innovative and open comprehensive training courses based on the students’ post ability.
