本文以计划行为理论为指导,通过SPSS软件对新生代农民工创业意愿的影响因素进行系统分析。结果显示,新生代农民工的个人特征变量和行为态度变量对创业意愿的影响正负兼有,主观规范变量影响为正向,感知行为控制变量影响为负向。并提出了营造良好的氛围、完善新生代农民工的培训体系、引导好新生代农民工做好项目的选择等建议。
This paper, guided by the theory of planned behavior, systematically analyzes the influential factors of entrepreneurial willingness of the new generation of migrant workers through SPSS software. The results show that the influence of entrepreneurial intention on the characteristics of entrepreneurial will on the part of the new generation of migrant workers’ personality variables is positive and negative, the influence of subjective normative variables is positive, and that of perceived behavioral control variables is negative. And proposed to create a good atmosphere, improve the training system for the new generation of migrant workers, and guide the new generation of migrant workers do a good job of project selection and other recommendations.
