重庆是国务院确定的全国统筹城乡综合配套改革实验区。近年来,重庆市深入贯彻落实科学发展观,按照“城乡组织共建,党员共管,资源共享”、“城乡互动、区域联动”和城乡党建相互融合、协调发展的思路,对构建城乡统筹基层党建新格局进行了积极的实践探索,有效促进了城乡经济社会发展。
Chongqing is a comprehensive experimental area for comprehensive reform of urban and rural areas set by the State Council. In recent years, Chongqing Municipality has thoroughly implemented the scientific concept of development and guided by the ideas of “urban-rural organization building, party member management, resource sharing”, “urban-rural interaction and regional linkage” and urban-rural party building and mutual integration and coordinated development. Urban and rural areas to build a new pattern of grassroots party building a positive practice and exploration, and effectively promote the urban and rural economic and social development.
