回顾了80年代初以来我国粉末高温合金的研制过程和取得的阶段性成就。着重介绍了FGH95合金生产中所采用的等离子旋转电极制粉及筛分、静电处理工艺,热等静压+包套锻造成形工艺,以及生产过程中粉末及制件的质量控制。此外还介绍了FGH95合金制件的组织性能和热处理工艺。通过近20年的探索,采用上述工艺,并以自制的整套粉末高温合金生产设备,成功地试制和生产了以涡轮盘件、涡轮档板为主的粉末合金制件。文章最后指出我国粉末高温合金下一步的研究方向。
The development process of the powder superalloy in our country since the early 1980s and the stage achievements made are reviewed. In this paper, the plasma rotating electrode powdering and sieving, electrostatic treatment, hot isostatic pressing + enveloping forging forming process and the quality control of powder and parts in FGH95 alloy production process are emphatically introduced. In addition, FGH95 alloy parts are also introduced the organizational performance and heat treatment process. After nearly 20 years of exploration, the above process has been successfully used to manufacture and manufacture powder alloy parts mainly including turbine disc parts and turbine baffle plates, using the homemade complete set of powder superalloy production equipment. Finally, the article points out the future research direction of powdery superalloy in our country.
