对55例脑梗死患者分别于发病后1天、3天、1周、2周、1月时检测血浆D-二聚体(D-D)水平及纤溶酶原(PLG)活性,同时检查记录神经功能缺损评分。结果显示:与43例正常对照组比较,患者组纤溶活性显著增强,D-D水平于3天时达高峰(P<0.001),与同期明显降低的PLG活性(P<0.001)呈负相关(r—-0.446,P<0.001)。D-D水平于1月时仍高于正常(P<0.01)。脑梗死早期纤溶活性与神经功能缺损评分呈显著性正相关(P<0.01)。腔隙性梗死组纤溶活性亦有显著性增强,其变化规律与皮层梗死组一致,但程度较低(P<0.05)。
The levels of plasma D-dimer (DD) and plasminogen activator (PLG) were measured in 55 patients with cerebral infarction at 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after onset of symptoms. Functional impairment score. The results showed that compared with 43 normal controls, the fibrinolytic activity was significantly increased in patients with DD level (P <0.001) at 3 days and negatively correlated with significantly decreased PLG activity (P <0.001) -0.446, P <0.001). D-D levels remained above normal at 1 month (P <0.01). The early stage of cerebral infarction fibrinolytic activity and neurological deficit score was significantly positive correlation (P <0.01). The fibrinolytic activity of lacunar infarction group also significantly increased, the change rule consistent with the cortical infarction group, but to a lesser extent (P <0.05).
