随着临床上用于牙周病预防和辅助治疗的抗生素的滥用,牙周厌氧菌的耐药性越来越普遍。为指导临床合理的抗生素使用和新抗生素的开发,下面就牙周厌氧菌的耐药情况和耐药机制以及有效控制耐药的途径作一综述。
With the clinical use of antibiotics for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of periodontal disease, the resistance of periodontal anaerobes becomes more and more common. To guide the clinical rational use of antibiotics and the development of new antibiotics, the following periodontal anaerobic bacteria resistance and resistance mechanisms and effective ways to control resistance are reviewed.
