倾听智慧是教师的实践智慧之一,是教师感知、辨别、把握和判断受教育者的言说所包含的认知、情感、态度与价值观等内涵,并灵活进行符合教育原则的艺术化、创造性处理的综合素养。它具有情境性、行动性、交往性、创造性和合理性等特征。倾听智慧在实践中表现为信任、理解、等待、回应等。倾听智慧可以通过广开言路、师法儿童、有效参与、积极反馈、理性反思等途径养成。
Listening to wisdom is one of teachers’ practical wisdom.
