采用裂纹尖端张开位移法(CTOD),在室温至-30℃范围内对抗拉强度分别为700 MPa和780 MPa的新型热轧纳米析出强化钢的断裂韧度进行了研究。结果表明,相比780 MPa高强钢,700 MPa高强钢具有较大的裂纹伸张区宽度和较高的铁素体体积分数,因此其断裂韧度较高。
The fracture toughness of new hot-rolled nano-precipitation strengthened steel with tensile strengths of 700 MPa and 780 MPa were studied by using crack tip open displacement method (CTOD) at room temperature to -30 ℃. The results show that, compared with 780 MPa high strength steel, 700 MPa high strength steel has larger crack extension width and higher ferrite volume fraction, so its fracture toughness is higher.
