将Cu、In粉均匀混合后放入刚玉管式真空炉中热烧结3 h制备Cu-In合金,烧结温度950℃。将制备好的Cu-In合金研磨成粉后再与Se粉均匀混合,把得到的均匀混料再次放入刚玉管式真空炉中烧结,烧结温度550℃,烧结时间3 h。得到的产物经简单研磨后制备出CuInSe2粉末。通过XRD分析产物的物相组成,利用SEM观察材料的微观形貌,采用EDS对产物的化学组成进行分析。结果表明,采用两步热烧结可制备出符合元素计量比的单相黄铜矿型CuInSe2材料。
The Cu and In powders were uniformly mixed and placed into a tube-shaped vacuum furnace for thermal sintering for 3 hours to prepare a Cu-In alloy. The sintering temperature was 950 ° C. The prepared Cu-In alloy was ground into powder and then uniformly mixed with Se powder. The obtained uniform mixture was again placed in a corundum tube vacuum furnace and sintered at a sintering temperature of 550 ° C. for 3 h. The resulting product was briefly ground to prepare a CuInSe2 powder. The phase composition of the product was analyzed by XRD, the microstructure of the material was observed by SEM, and the chemical composition of the product was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the single-phase chalcopyrite-type CuInSe2 can be prepared by two-step thermal sintering.
