3,5-C1_2-PADAT是新合成的高灵敏度光度试剂。该试剂已成功地用于铜、汞、镍等金属离子的光度测定。本文研究了3,5-Cl_2-PADAT作为铜络合滴定指示剂的条件及应用于矿石分析的可能性。研究表明,在pH4.5乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,加入2滴0.05%3,5-C1_2-PADAT指示剂,以0.01M EDTA标准溶液进行滴定,溶液颜色由紫色变为淡绿色(铜量少时为黄色)。终点颜色变化敏锐、准确度高、选择性好。该法可用于矿石中铜的测定。
3,5-C1_2-PADAT is a newly synthesized high-sensitivity photometric reagent. The reagent has been successfully used for photometric determination of metal ions such as copper, mercury and nickel. In this paper, the conditions of 3,5-Cl_2-PADAT as indicator of copper complexation titration and the possibility of its application in ore analysis were studied. The results showed that in pH4.5 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, 2 drops of 0.05% 3,5-C1_2-PADAT indicator were added and titrated with 0.01M EDTA standard solution. The color of the solution changed from purple to light green When it is yellow). End point sharp color change, high accuracy, good selectivity. The method can be used for the determination of copper in ores.
