一台W4-60型挖掘机配用F6L912型柴油机,一次行驶约90 km后(中间休息两次,每次约5 min),发现柴油机异响,呼吸器处大量连续向外冒蓝黑色气体,功率下降,排气管冒黑烟,驱动力不足,机体温度过高,机油耗超出规定值。发现故障后及时停机,待机器冷却一段时间后,再启动柴油机,发现机油压力略有下降,Ⅲ缸处有明显的敲击声,Ⅳ缸次之。更换喷油器后排气烟色无改善,拆下摇臂室罩盖观察,各缸润滑油供油正常,气门间隙在正常范围内。初步判定为汽缸严重磨损、拉缸或活塞环卡死。
