血清总唾液酸(Total sialic acid简称TSA)是一种糖类物质,多数唾液酸与糖蛋白及糖脂结合,存在于真核细胞表面,癌变细胞此类糖蛋白和糖脂脱落增加,故引发血清中唾液酸含量增高。F-8836即为一种检测血清TSA的专用试剂,它是成都军区总院在Katopdis、Horgan等前人研究的基础上,在国内首次研究成功的一种通过血清学化学比色来检测恶性肿瘤的新方法,具有操作简便、试剂费低廉、检测“广谱”性等优点,对诊断恶性肿瘤有较高价值。本文采用此方法评价了血清TSA测定对肺部恶性疾病辅助诊断价值。
Total sialic acid (TSA) is a kind of sugar substance. Most sialic acids bind to glycoproteins and glycolipids and are present on the surface of eukaryotic cells. The loss of such glycoproteins and glycolipids in cancerous cells increases. The serum sialic acid content increased. F-8836 is a special reagent for the detection of serum TSA. It is based on previous research by Katopdis and Horgan of the Chengdu Military Region General Hospital. It was the first successful study in the country to detect malignant tumors by serological chemical colorimetry. The new method has the advantages of simple operation, low reagent cost, and detection of “broad spectrum”, and has a higher value for the diagnosis of malignant tumors. This article used this method to evaluate the value of serum TSA in the diagnosis of lung malignancies.
