近几年来,伴随着国内建筑行业的快速发展,施工企业之间的竞争也越来越大。因此,控制好建筑工程的造价对于企业来说有着重要的意义。传统的工程项目的造价控制,主要集中在设计阶段和施工阶段的造价控制,而对于前期的策划阶段以及竣工阶段的造价控制没有重视。本文结合笔者自身经验,在探讨控制建筑工程造价的重要性的基础上,进一步分析有效控制建筑工程造价的途径。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic construction industry, the competition among construction enterprises is also growing. Therefore, controlling the construction cost of the project is of great significance to the enterprise. The cost control of the traditional project mainly focuses on the cost control in the design phase and the construction phase, but does not pay attention to the pre-planning phase and the cost control in the completion phase. Based on the author’s own experience and based on the importance of controlling the construction project cost, this article further analyzes the ways to effectively control the construction project cost.
