目的 :研究舒血宁注射液 (静脉注射用 )对整体动物血液流变学和血栓形成的影响。方法 :在“血淤”(高血液粘滞度 )模型大鼠进行血液流变学以及在整体大鼠进行由电刺激所致血栓形成的实验。结果 :①大鼠经皮下注射肾上腺素后 ,其不同切变率下全血粘度及血浆粘度均增高。②在“血淤 (高血液粘滞度 )”模型大鼠静脉注射舒血宁注射液 0 .5ml/kg ,可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下的全血粘度 ,分别降低2 4.3% ,2 1.4% ,19.9%和 16 .5 % (均为P <0 .0 1) ;可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下血浆的粘度 ,分别降低 17.4% ,19.6 % ,18.2 %和 16 .6 % (均为P <0 .0 5 ) ;可减少红细胞压积 7.5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对红细胞聚集指数无影响。③在“血淤 (高血液粘滞度 )”的模型大鼠静脉注射舒血宁注射液 0 .75ml/kg ,可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下的全血粘度 ,分别降低 6 1.6 % ,44 .6 % ,2 4.6 %和 2 6 .0 % (均为P <0 .0 0 1) ;可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下血浆的粘度 ,分别降低 42 .1% ,44 .8% ,43.5 %和 43.8% (均为P <0 .0 0 1) ;可减少红细胞压积 12 .5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;降低红细胞聚集指数 (P <0 .0 0 1)。④静
Objective: To study the effect of Shuxuening injection (intravenous injection) on hemorheology and thrombosis in whole animals. Methods : Blood rheology was performed in “blood stasis” (high blood viscosity) model rats and an experiment of thrombosis caused by electrical stimulation was performed in the whole rat.
