目的研究麻黄单剂对小鼠体液免疫的影响;方法采用免疫微量凝集法及酶联免疫吸附法测定SRBC、卵黄免疫小鼠的血清中相应抗体的效价,进行统计学分析;结果实验组小鼠明显较对照组小鼠活泼,毛色光亮,存活率高于对照组,但未见统计学差异,P>0.05;实验组小鼠血清卵黄抗体效价高于对照组,P<0.05,而麻黄对SRBC免疫小鼠血清抗体效价未见明显统计学差异,P>0.05;结论麻黄对小鼠体液免疫可能具有上调作用。
Objective To study the effect of a single dose of ephedra on humoral immunity in mice; Methods The immune titer and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to determine the titers of the corresponding antibodies in the serum of SRBC and yolk-immunized mice. Statistical analysis was performed; the results were small in experimental groups. Rats were significantly more active than mice in the control group, with brighter hair color and higher survival rate than the control group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05); serum yolk antibody titer of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, and ephedra There was no significant difference in serum antibody titer against SRBC-immunized mice, P>0.05; Conclusion Ephedrine may up-regulate humoral immunity in mice.
