河北煤炭港埠有限公司是以河北省地方煤炭公司与京唐港务局联合投资兴建的京唐港六号码头为资产。按《公司法》规范组建的股份制企业,所属六号泊位按业主码头由公司独立经营管理。六号码头于1996年7月份进入试通航。我们着眼于公司的形象和发展,在试航之初,便确立了公司经营宗旨——优质、高效。即优质服务、优质煤炭;高效运转、高效收益。在实际工作中,通过狠抓优质服务,创出六号码头良好信誉,使我们受益匪浅。在煤炭市场疲软情况下,码头一试航就达到了设计能力。1996年7～11月五个月实现吞吐量42万吨,实现利税314万元。 思想重视是优质服务的前提 六号码头是煤炭专用码头,它直接为南北煤炭客户服务。客户是上帝。在市场竞争日益激烈的形势下,能否吸引住客户与我们合作,关系到公司的生存和发展。我们认为解决好这个问题的关键是首先要从思想上把客户真正当成“上帝”,诚心
