在对国内外集成风险管理理论研究与实践分析的基础上,结合现代企业组织结构理论的演变,提出了EIRM(企业集成风险管理)的组织结构设计目标、战略和原则,并在此基础上建立了一种以团队建设为核心,可以实现企业知识共享、加速信息流动的空间网络组织结构,促进了集成风险管理从理论框架到实践操作的转变。
Based on the research and practice of integrated risk management theory both at home and abroad, this paper proposes the goal, strategy and principle of organizational structure design of EIRM (Integrated Enterprise Risk Management) based on the evolution of modern enterprise organizational structure theory. Based on this, A kind of spatial network organizational structure with team building as its core can realize knowledge sharing among enterprises and accelerate the flow of information and promote the transformation of integrated risk management from theoretical framework to practical operation.
