目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清内皮素(ET)、抵抗素水平与周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法:选择郑州大学第二附属医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者60例,经神经电生理检查分为单纯糖尿病组20例和DPN组40例,并选择健康体检者30例为对照组。采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定各组血清ET、抵抗素水平。结果:单纯糖尿病组和DPN组血清ET、抵抗素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而DPN组ET、抵抗素水平显著高于单纯糖尿病组(P<0.05)。直线相关分析发现,2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素水平与ET呈正相关(r=0.436,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析发现病程、HbA1c、血清ET和抵抗素水平是与DPN发生相关的独立危险因素。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清ET、抵抗素水平与DPN密切相关;患者血清ET、抵抗素水平异常增高是可能导致DPN发生的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum endothelin (ET), resistin level and peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in Department of Endocrinology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into 20 cases of simple diabetic group and 40 cases of DPN by electrophysiological examination, and 30 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of serum ET and resistin in each group were determined by radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Serum levels of ET and resistin were significantly higher in diabetic group and DPN group than those in control group (P <0.05), while levels of ET and resistin in DPN group were significantly higher than those in simple diabetic group (P <0.05). Linear correlation analysis found that serum resistin level was positively correlated with ET in type 2 diabetic patients (r = 0.436, P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis found that duration of disease, HbA1c, serum ET and resistin levels were independent risk factors associated with DPN. Conclusion: The levels of serum ET and resistin in patients with type 2 diabetes are closely related to DPN. The abnormal levels of ET and resistin in patients with type 2 diabetes may be the risk factors of DPN.
