民间艺术作为我国传统文化的母体,是彰显民族精神、传承民族文化和延续民族血脉的有效载体。随着我国从传统农业社会向现代工业社会的转型,人们的生产生活方式发生了很大的变化,民间艺术赖以生存的乡土语境也随之发生了深刻变化。宁夏杨氏泥塑也同样面临着创作主体边缘化、老龄化的尴尬境遇。杨氏泥塑艺术生存与发展的两难境地,是杨氏泥塑艺术保护与开发过程中不可回避的问题,对杨氏泥塑产业的开发已迫在眉睫。

With the transformation of our country from the traditional agricultural society to the modern industrial society, people’s production and living style have undergone great changes, and the native context of folk art has also undergone profound changes. Ningxia Young’s clay sculpture is also facing the creative subject of the marginalization, the embarrassing situation of aging. The dilemma of Yang’s clay art survival and development is an unavoidable problem in the process of Yang clay sculpture protection and development. It is imminent to develop Yang clay sculpture industry.
