目的:探讨荷丹片联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及其对血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、促血管生成素Ⅱ(Ang-2)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:将102例急性脑梗死患者按抽签法分作对照组与实验组,每组各51例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,静脉滴注30mg依达拉奉,早晚各1次;实验组基于对照组加用荷丹片治疗,口服14.6 g荷丹片,早中晚各1次。比较两组疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、血清IFN-γ、Ang-2、Hcy、丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化醇(SOD)、白细胞介素-6、10(IL-6、IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及不良反应的发生情况。结果:实验组总有效率、血清Ang-2、SOD、IL-10水平均显著高于对照组,NIHSS、血清IFN-γ、Hcy、MDA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:荷丹片联合依达拉奉用于急性脑梗死的疗效肯定,可调节血清IFN-γ、Ang-2、Hcy的表达,对氧化应激及炎症反应均有改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of holtein tablets and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum levels of IFN-γ, Ang-2, Hcy ) Level of influence. Methods: A total of 102 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of drawing lots, each group had 51 cases. The control group with edaravone treatment, intravenous infusion of 30mg edaravone, morning and evening 1; experimental group based on the control group plus adddan tablets, oral administration of 14.6g halo tablets, early in the evening. Neurological deficit scores (NIHSS), serum IFN-γ, Ang-2, Hcy, MDA, SOD, IL- 6, IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate, the serum levels of Ang-2, SOD and IL-10 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of NIHSS, serum IFN-γ, Hcy, MDA, IL-6 and TNF- Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of Haldane and Edaravone for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has positive therapeutic effect, which can regulate the expression of IFN-γ, Ang-2 and Hcy and improve the oxidative stress and inflammatory response.
