全国城市供热协会予制保温管直埋技术现场交流会九月三至九月五日在哈尔滨市召开。参加会议的有全国各热力公司、科研、设计、大专院校以及生产厂家等八十八个单位,共一百零九名代表。会议就引进的予制保温管直埋技术和国内其它直埋技术进行了广泛地交流,取得了圆满的成果。九月三日,大会在哈尔滨市北方大厦隆重开幕。会议由哈尔滨市热力公司副经理尹正儒同志主持。全国城市供热协会办公室主任刘宁宇同志致开幕词。刘宁宇同志说,这次现场会是八六年城市供热协会计划活动的
The National Urban Heating Association’s on-site insulation system for direct insulation of insulated pipes was held in Harbin from September 3 to September 5. Participants in the conference included eighty-eight units of heat companies, scientific research, design, colleges and universities, and manufacturers, representing a total of 109 delegates. The meeting conducted extensive exchanges on the introduction of the direct-buried insulation pipe direct burial technology and other domestic direct burial technologies, and achieved satisfactory results. On September 3, the conference was grandly opened at Harbin North Building. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Yin Zhengru, deputy manager of Harbin Thermal Power Company. An opening speech was made by Comrade Liu Ningyu, Director of the Office of the National Urban Heating Association. Comrade Liu Ningyu said that this on-site meeting was planned for the Urban Heating Association in 1986.
