[目的]了解四川省优秀田径运动员的膳食营养状况。[方法]采用称重法称量每名运动员连续5日三餐各种食物的摄入量并从数据库中提取运动员的血生化指标。[结果]运动员畜禽类食物摄入过多,粮谷、蔬菜及水果类食物摄入不足,女运动员乳类食物摄入不足;能量及碳水化合物摄入量普遍不足、蛋白质摄入量偏高;三餐能量分配不合理,早餐摄入不足,晚餐摄入过多;运动员维生素B1、维生素C普遍缺乏,女运动员维生素A、钙摄入不足;血红蛋白值偏低,肌酸激酶偏高。[结论]调整膳食结构,增加碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素C和钙的摄入,以提高田径运动员的营养水平。
[Objective] To understand the dietary nutrition status of excellent track and field athletes in Sichuan Province. [Method] The weight of each food intake of every athlete for three meals per day for 5 days was weighed and the blood biochemistry indexes of athletes were extracted from the database by weighing method. [Results] Excessive ingestion of livestock and poultry in athletes, inadequate intake of cereals, vegetables and fruits, insufficient intake of dairy athletes in female athletes, general lack of energy and carbohydrate intake, and high protein intake ; Three meal energy allocation is unreasonable, insufficient breakfast intake, dinner intake too much; athletes vitamin B1, vitamin C is generally lacking, female athletes vitamin A, calcium intake; hemoglobin value is low, creatine kinase is high. [Conclusion] The dietary structure was adjusted to increase the intake of carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C and calcium to improve the nutrition of track and field athletes.
