建立了分离和测定丁烯二酸的2个异构体———顺丁烯二酸和反丁烯二酸的反相高效液相色谱法。以Shim - packCLC -ODS柱为分析柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (体积比5∶2 ,用磷酸调至 pH3.0)为流动相 ,流速0.7mL/min,检测波长为220nm,外标法定量。顺、反丁烯二酸的检出限分别为0.10和0.075mg/L(S/N=2) ;相对标准偏差分别为0.47 %和0.54 % (n=3)。二者的线性范围均为10~60mg/L。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点 ,用于实际样品测定,其结果令人满意。
An RP-HPLC method was developed for the separation and determination of two isomers of maleic acid, maleic acid and fumaric acid. Shim - packCLC - ODS column was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol - water (5: 2 by volume, adjusted to pH3.0 with phosphoric acid), the flow rate was 0.7 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The detection limits of fumaric acid were 0.10 and 0.075 mg / L (S / N = 2), respectively. The relative standard deviations were 0.47% and 0.54% (n = 3), respectively. The linear range of the two are 10 ~ 60mg / L. The method is simple, fast, high sensitivity characteristics for the actual sample determination, the results are satisfactory.
