目的评价艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染孕妇关爱式健康教育效果。方法选取2013—2016年6月在杭州市西溪医院妇产科定期产检并分娩的HIV感染孕妇60例。采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规式健康教育,研究组实施关爱式健康教育。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、HIV相关知识知晓率、服药依从率、护理质量满意率和新生儿HIV感染率,评价健康教育效果。结果重复测量的方差分析结果显示,两组HIV感染孕妇SAS、SDS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),评分均随健康教育的实施而下降,且研究组两项评分的下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组孕妇HIV相关知识知晓率、服药依从率和护理质量满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿HIV感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论关爱式健康教育可有效减缓HIV感染孕妇焦虑和抑郁的不良心理,提高HIV相关知识知晓率和护理质量的满意率,增强艾滋病抗病毒治疗依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health-care education of pregnant women on HIV infection. Methods Sixty pregnant women with HIV infection during regular check-up and delivery in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Xixi hospital in Hangzhou from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected. The random number table was divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and the research group implemented the caring health education. The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores, awareness of HIV-related knowledge, medication adherence rate, satisfaction rate of nursing quality and neonatal HIV infection rate were compared between two groups to evaluate the effect of health education. Results ANOVA results of repeated measures showed that there were significant differences in scores of SAS and SDS between two groups of pregnant women with HIV infection (P <0.05), the scores decreased with the implementation of health education, and both groups dropped more than (P <0.05). The awareness rate of HIV-related knowledge, medication adherence rate and satisfaction rate of nursing quality in study group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HIV infection rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Caring health education can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of HIV-infected pregnant women, improve the rate of awareness of HIV-related knowledge and nursing quality, and enhance adherence to HIV anti-virus treatment.
