随着社会转型期的到来,民族地区群体性事件已呈高发态势。群体性事件的频繁发生已然影响到民族地区的经济社会发展,进而威胁到整个国家的安全稳定。为化解民族地区的社会矛盾,有效防止群体性事件的发生,需要对群体性事件进行深入研究,辨析事件性质、揭示发生原因、阐释演变规律,是有效防控群体性事件的前提,也是从本质上正确把握处置思路的基础。
With the advent of social transition, the mass incidents in ethnic areas have shown a high tendency.
