耐药性微生物与医院的许多致命感染以及严重危及生命的几种流行病有关。因而了解耐药性的机理是解决这一问题的重要途径。耐药性机理通常有三个方面:(1)改变靶作用位点;(2)改变通透性;(3)酶促药物失活。近年由于采用重组DNA 技术,已可较容易地在分子水平上阐明细菌耐药性及其调节机理的许多方面。
Drug-resistant microbes are associated with many of the hospital’s deadly infections and several epidemics that are life-threatening. Therefore understanding the mechanism of drug resistance is an important way to solve this problem. There are usually three aspects to the drug resistance mechanism: (1) changing the target site of action; (2) changing the permeability; and (3) enzymatic inactivation. In recent years, due to the use of recombinant DNA technology, it has been relatively easy to elucidate aspects of bacterial resistance and its regulatory mechanism at the molecular level.
