军事体育教学是培养军事体育人才的重要途径。健康是人才的根本,军人高水平的健康是未来军人素质的重要支柱。人的健康分为三个方面,身体健康,心理健康,社会适应能力的健康。健康教育,是增强军人健康意识,培养健康行为,促进身体和心理健康及其良好社会适应能力形成的一种活动。
Military Physical Education is an Important Way to Train Military Sports Talents. Health is the root of talent and the high level of health of military personnel is an important pillar of the future quality of military personnel. Human health is divided into three aspects, good health, mental health and social adaptability of health. Health education is an activity that enhances the health awareness of military personnel, fosters healthy behaviors, promotes physical and mental health, and develops good social adaptability.
