用组织学和生物化学方法探讨刺五加对60Co-γ射线照射后所致小鼠急性造血型放射病的脾脏损伤的影响。结果提示:机体淋巴细胞对电离辐射具有高度的敏感性;刺五加可使受损伤的脾脏组织提前恢复正常,对受60Co-γ射线照射后小鼠脾脏的淋巴细胞起一定的保护作用。
Histological and biochemical methods were used to investigate the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus on spleen injury of mice with acute hematopoietic radiation sickness induced by 60Co-γ radiation. The results suggest that the body’s lymphocytes are highly sensitive to ionizing radiation; Acanthopanax can restore the damaged spleen tissue to normal in advance, and it can protect the spleen lymphocytes from mice irradiated with 60Co-γ rays.
