从2008年至2012年我国将从高校选聘20万名毕业生到村任职。大学生村官并不具备公务员身份,大学生村官想扎根基层却面临着政策难以落实、环境难以适应、服务难以到位、个体存在差异、很快流失等方面的困境。加强农村基层组织建设,建设社会主义新农村,高校和地方政府要为大学生村官在基层干事创业创造良好的环境和条件。
From 2008 to 2012, China will hire 200,000 graduates from colleges and universities to serve in the village. The village official does not have the status of a civil servant. The village official wants to take root in the grassroots but faces the dilemma such as the policy is difficult to implement, the environment is difficult to adapt, the service is difficult to place, individual differences exist, and the loss is very rapid. We must strengthen the building of grassroots organizations in rural areas and build a new socialist countryside. Universities and local governments should create a good environment and conditions for college graduate village officers to start their own businesses at grassroots level.
