炼化企业重点要做好六项工作:(1) 要保证完成年初的指标,力争超额完成,提前完成扭亏目标。(2) 继续做强做精“三有产品”(即有市场,有效益,有质量),特别是要做强做精乙烯、聚酯、催化剂等精细化工产品,规范合资企业管理。(3) 做好水、电、汽产品的生产经营,降低各种损耗。(4)
