针对垃圾车液压缸支座在水平方向承载能力薄弱的问题,对某型20 t级垃圾车举升液压缸支座进行承载能力研究及结构改进。通过整车分析提取支座边界条件及载荷,对液压缸支座进行拓扑优化。根据拓扑优化结果进行机构改进,优化后支座质量减小,并且承载能力有所提高。
In view of the weak bearing capacity of the hydraulic cylinder support of the garbage truck in the horizontal direction, the carrying capacity of the lifting cylinder support of a 20 t-class garbage truck is studied and its structure is improved. Through vehicle analysis and extraction of bearing boundary conditions and loads, the hydraulic cylinder bearing topology optimization. According to the results of topology optimization, the mechanism is improved, the quality of the support is reduced after optimization, and the carrying capacity is improved.
