我矿第一选矿车间所用2台φ5500毫米湿式自磨机的传动系统是制造厂原配套的920瓩电动发电机组向800瓩直流电流机供电,以达到自磨机调速的目的。电动发电机组传动方式已经采用了很长时间,有比较成熟的运行经验。但是,它有效率低、安装面积大和维护检修困难等缺点。尤其是在磨矿作业中,作业率高达85~95%,负荷率也很高,自磨部分的电耗占整个选矿厂电耗的40%左右。
The drive system of 2 φ5500 mm wet self-grinding mills used by the first beneficiation workshop of mine is the 920 瓩 motor generator set originally supplied by the manufacturer, which supplies power to 800 瓩 DC current machine to achieve self-mill speed control. Motor drive transmission has been adopted for a long time, there are more mature operating experience. However, it has the disadvantages of low efficiency, large installation area and difficulty in maintenance and overhaul. Especially in the grinding operations, the operating rate as high as 85 to 95%, load rate is also high, self-grinding part of the electricity consumption of the entire ore dressing plant about 40% of electricity consumption.
