从当前县市级等基层电力企业业务发展需求来看,传统的人力资源管理体制已经很难满足实际的发展需要,存在着现代化管理人才短缺、人才激励机制不够健全等问题,这些问题严重制约了基层电力企业的长远发展。基于此,就目前基层电力企业人力资源管理中存在的一些问题进行分析,并根据自身实践经验提出一些改进措施和建议。
