随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,水资源保护工作正在遭遇前所未有的问题和挑战。河湖污染之忧,流域控水调水之虞,直接影响着城市的水安全、水生态和水资源。如何通过云计算、大数据分析、时空信息建模、新型遥感测绘技术开展水资源监管、保护成为行业热点。本文采用WebGIS、数据库等技术,基于防汛抗旱信息、水利水保信息、城市供水等水务专题数据,采用B/S架构设计开发了水务基础地理信息平台,并开展了相关应用,为水资源的监管、保护和治理提供了一种可供参考的途径。
With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country, water resources protection is encountering unprecedented problems and challenges.
