传统经济学搁置了企业家研究,使之成为经济学一个未深入研究的黑箱,同时,依据企业家性格与行为特征来阐释企业家人力资本特性的研究取向也存在问题。企业家的边界是企业家在开放和公正的市场竞争与社会舆论中赢得社会声誉,获得其利益攸关方的信任,从而以市场租金的形式获得高于一般竞争者的收益。更为重要的是,企业家的经营活动是一个社会福利的帕累托改进,且增进社会福利的帕累托改进是区分企业家与企业经营者的边界特征。同时,企业家人力资本特性决定了企业家背景的多样性,企业家分布不具有群体性特征,在各种社会群体中企业家禀赋的分布也是不确定的。
Traditional economics shelves the study of entrepreneurs, making it an underdeveloped black box in economics. At the same time, there are problems in the study of entrepreneurial human capital characteristics based on entrepreneurial personality and behavior characteristics. The boundary of entrepreneurs is that entrepreneurs win social reputation in the open and fair market competition and public opinion and gain the trust of their stakeholders, so as to obtain higher-than-average profits in the form of market rent. More importantly, entrepreneurial activities are a Pareto improvement of social welfare and Pareto improvement of social welfare is the distinction between entrepreneurs and business operators. At the same time, entrepreneurial human capital characteristics determine the diversity of entrepreneurial backgrounds, entrepreneurial distribution does not have group characteristics, and distribution of entrepreneurial endowments in various social groups is also uncertain.
