测定植物样品中硝态氮含量,常用还原氨法。这一方法的测定结果虽准确可靠,但操作手续比较繁琐,不适于作物营养诊断中要求简便快速的需要。华秀等人的研究证明,应用硝酸根电极法测定土壤、水、大气样品中的硝酸盐氮含量,不仅具有快速简便的优点,且测定结果也较准确可靠。鉴于国内尚未见到应用这一方法测定植物样品中硝态氮含量的研究报道,为此进行了本项实验,以考察硝酸根电极法在植株分析中应用的可能性。
Determination of nitrate content in plant samples, commonly used ammonia method. The method of determination of the results, although accurate and reliable, but the operating procedures are cumbersome, not suitable for crop nutrition diagnosis requires quick and easy needs. Huaxiu et al.’s research shows that the determination of nitrate nitrogen in soil, water and air samples by nitrate electrode method not only has the advantages of fast and easy, but also the determination results are more accurate and reliable. In view of the fact that no nitrate nitrogen content in plant samples has been reported by this method in our country, this experiment was carried out to investigate the possibility of application of nitrate electrode method in plant analysis.
