体育美学是尝试用美学的方法去解释体育文化活动过程的一门人文学科。它作为一门体育人文学科还很年轻,但它对于体育基础学科的指导作用有着深刻的意义。通过在高校中普及体育美学知识,将体育活动放到一个过程中加以考查,将过程作为对象,研究“更人性、更自由、更幸福的体育方式,调动学生的审美期待和对体育的热情,扩大学生的审美视野,激发学生的审美力和判断力,从而学会积极主动地开创美好的生活方式。
Sports aesthetics is an attempt to use aesthetics to explain the process of physical and cultural activities of a humanities.
