十年多来,硼钢在我国已得到广泛的应用,以微量硼代替较多量的贵重元素,获得了节约合金材料的显著效果。硼钢在我机械制造行业中占有较重要的地位。同时,在长期广泛的生产使用中,也反映出许多问题,有待进一步研究解决,例如: 1、冶炼过程中,硼的加入力法和有效硼的控制,; 2、热加工和热处理过程中,硼在钢中作用的变化; 3、保证使钢具稳定性能的最佳含硼量; 4、硼化物在钢中析出、溶解的机理及对冲击韧性的影响; 5、硼含量的可靠分析方法。为了解决上述问题,大冶钢厂、上海材料研究所、西安交通大学、第二汽车厂共同组成三结合硼钢试验小组,准备针对上述问题,进行比较深入系统的试验研究工作。

In order to solve the above problems, Daye Steel, Shanghai Institute of Materials, Xi’an Jiaotong University, the second automobile plant jointly formed three combined boron steel test group, in preparation for the above problems, to conduct more systematic and experimental research.
