目的　探讨低位直肠癌行Miles术会阴伤口处理和人工肛门康复治疗的重要性。方法　距肛缘 6cm以下的低位直肠癌行Miles术共 85例作回顾性分析。结果　 85例会阴伤口均一期缝合 ,仅 4例 ( 4.7% )骶前感染 ,有脓性分泌物 ,经换药 2 0天痊愈 ;人工肛门康复治疗化为心理治疗、精神慰籍及造口护理 3个相连的环节。结论　会阴伤口一期缝合处理及人工肛门康复治疗恰当合理可大大减轻患者痛苦和思想负担 ,缩短住院时间 ,提高直肠癌术后生活质量 Objective To investigate the importance of Miles treatment of perineal wounds and artificial anal rehabilitation in patients with low rectal cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 85 patients with Miles rectal cancer under 6 cm below the anal margin was performed. Results All the 85 cases of perineal wound were sutured in one time, only 4 cases (4.7%) had presacral infection and had purulent secretions, which were cured by dressing change. Artificial anal rehabilitation treatment was psychotherapy, mental comfort and ostomy 3 connected links. Conclusions Proper perineal wound suture treatment and artificial anorectal rehabilitation appropriate and reasonable treatment can greatly reduce the suffering and mental burden, shorten the hospital stay and improve postoperative quality of life of rectal cancer
