April 12, 2001 marks the 40th anniversary of the first human race to enter space. On the day 40 years ago, the Soviet Union successfully delivered the first manned astronaut Yuri Gagarin to space and started the era of human space flight. Forty years have passed, it has been filled with emotion. In the past few decades, mankind has experienced many successes and succumbed to many painful battles in the field of manned space. However, just as flowers, applause, tears and blood alternate, the manned space flight continued to advance and grow stronger. Looking back on the 40-year history of manned spaceflight, it is always the first reminder of the space “Columbus” - Gagarin, thinking of the history of his first book.
