用Y-型迷路箱测定福定碱对小鼠空间辨认学习和记忆过程的影响。福定碱5~100μg/kg于训练前30分钟、训练后立即及训练后24小时腹腔注射,明显减少达标所需的训练次数,增加主动回避反应。其促进作用呈剂量依赖关系。口腔给药也有类似的效果。电脑休克对小鼠学习记忆能力有损害作用,而福定碱40μg/kg有明显的保护小鼠免受损害的作用,使记忆的获得、巩固及再现三个过程基本上恢复到正常动物的水平。
