1病例资料中年女性患者,因“宫颈糜烂”就诊于我院门诊妇科,妇科医师进行局部理疗后,给予门诊输入参麦注射液100ml。输入药物5分钟,患者主诉:胸闷、气促,出冷汗,全身湿冷。测血压90/56mmHg,立即使用生理盐水250ml更换液体以及输液管道,给予低流量氧气吸入。半小时后,测血压105/75mmHg,患者主诉症状缓解。患者面色转红润。
