本文基于中国创业板市场特殊的制度环境,从专利产出效率和数量两个维度,研究了我国创业企业国际化战略对于专利产出的影响。研究发现,创新和国际化正成为创业板公司重要的战略举措,虽然我国创业板企业比较年轻,但已具备了相当的国际竞争力。此外,国际化战略对于专利产出具有效率提升效应,企业国际化程度越高,则专利产出的效率越高;实施了国际化的企业会有更多的专利产出数量。本文结论为我们认识中国创业企业国际化和自主创新之间的关系提供了新的视角和经验证据,并为国家深化企业自主创新、完善国际化发展政策提供了理论基础和决策依据。
Based on the special institutional environment of China’s GEM, this paper studies the impact of the internationalization strategy of China’s start-ups on the output of patents from two dimensions of the efficiency and quantity of the output of patents. The study found that innovation and internationalization are becoming important strategic initiatives for GEM companies. Although China’s GEM enterprises are relatively young, they already have considerable international competitiveness. In addition, the internationalization strategy has the effect of enhancing the efficiency of patent output. The higher the degree of internationalization of enterprises, the higher the efficiency of patent output; the more internationalized enterprises will have more output of patents. The conclusion of this article provides a new perspective and empirical evidence for our understanding of the relationship between internationalization and independent innovation of Chinese start-ups, and provides the theoretical basis and decision-making basis for the government to deepen the independent innovation of enterprises and improve the internationalization development policy.
