目的评价功能性鼻窦内镜手术(FESS)后,采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗鼻腔的临床疗效。方法将FESS术后慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者128例,随机分为对照组(采用生理盐水冲洗)和鼻腔冲洗器组(采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗,配合苍耳子、细辛、辛夷、黄芪、荆芥等多种中药提取液),分析比较2组的疗效。结果术后鼻腔冲洗器组的治愈率明显高于对照组,2组差异存在显著统计学意义。结论鼻腔冲洗器配合中药提取液冲洗,可以促进FESS术后创口的愈合、消除黏膜水肿,显著提高FESS的临床治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigator flushing the nasal cavity after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Methods 128 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after FESS were randomly divided into control group (saline flush) and nasal irrigator group (rinsed by nasal irrigator with Xanthium sasakii, Asarum, Magnolia bark, Astragalus membranaceus, Nepeta and other traditional Chinese medicine extract), analysis and comparison of two groups of curative effect. Results The cure rate of postoperative nasal irrigator group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Flushing nasal irrigator with traditional Chinese medicine extract can promote wound healing after FESS, eliminate mucosal edema, and improve the clinical effect of FESS significantly.
