引领成长期教师走进教育现场,互相观察、分析自身和他人教育行为的问题和难题,通过自编自演的情景剧,学习适宜的教育行为。通过观察分析我园不同年龄、不同教龄的教师的教育行为,我深刻体会到:使处于成长期的教师的教育观念转变为适宜教育行为,存在着现实问题,比如有些教师“会说,不会做”“想做好,方法不当”。因此,我园引领成长期教师走进教育现场,互相观察、分析自身和他人教育行为的问题,组织教与育的行为对话活动。
Lead teachers into the growing stage into the education scene, observe each other, analyze their own and others’ educational behavior problems and problems, through self-proclaimed melodrama, learning appropriate educational behavior. By observing and analyzing the educational behaviors of teachers in different age groups and teachers of different ages in our garden, I deeply understand that there are practical problems in transforming the educational concept of teachers in their growing stages into suitable educational behaviors. For example, some teachers may say, Will do “” want to do a good job, improper method ". Therefore, I Park to lead the growing teachers into the educational scene, observe each other, analyze their own and others’ educational behavior, organization of teaching and education behavior dialogue activities.
