2007年底,中国工程物理研究院流体物理研究所开始研制内离子源小型回旋加速器,以服务于PET同位素生产制备。该加速器加速负氢离子,引出质子,设计能量为11MeV、平均流强为50μA。本文介绍该加速器的磁铁、高频腔、离子源的调试和整机的调试。调试结果表明,等时性磁场的积分相移为±9°,高频腔的Q值达到理论Q值的60%,半径60mm处负氢离子流强可达到100~160μA,整机引出的质子束流达到了11 MeV和50μA的设计指标。用调试后的整机进行18 F同位素生产,18 F产量达65.49GBq(1.77Ci)。
At the end of 2007, the Institute of Fluid Physics of China Academy of Engineering Physics started to develop ion cyclotron mini cyclotron to serve PET isotope production and preparation. The accelerator accelerates the negative hydrogen ions, leads protons, with a design energy of 11 MeV and an average flow of 50 μA. This article describes the accelerator magnet, high-frequency cavity, ion source debugging and machine debugging. The results show that the integral phase shift of the isochronous magnetic field is ± 9 °, the Q value of the high frequency cavity reaches 60% of the theoretical Q value, and the negative hydrogen current can reach 100 ~ 160μA at the radius of 60mm.
