现阶段房地产投资控制的越来越严,越来越接近工程成本,作为房地产施工单位必须从各方面节约开支,本文从机械使用费方面探讨施工成本,设备选型工作做得不够好,设备的使用寿命不高、未能认识到设备的维修和保养工作的重要性,选择备件时贪小便宜,备件的质量不好,并且维修人员对所换下的经维修后还可再利用的备件未能再利用,浪费现象严重,维修人员的技术水平不够高、责任心不够强,设备巡检工作做得比较少,还有由于施工任务繁重,工作环境恶劣,机械设备调运频繁,人员素质不高培训少,老旧设备不淘汰等原因引起安全事故也会增加机械费用,本文就在施工过程中如何控制机械使用费用进行探讨。
