研究了茜草(Rubia cordifolia)水-乙醇提取物对四氯化碳和对乙酰氨基酚所致肝毒性的作用。①提取物对对乙酰氨基酚引起的致死率的影响:口服对乙酰氨基酚1g/kg可使小鼠100%死亡,而预先服用提取物1g/kg,小鼠死亡率为30%,②提取物对对乙酰氨基酚所致肝毒性的作用:大鼠分成三组,第一组,作空白对照,口服生理盐水(10ml/kg)和赋形剂(1%甲基纤维素13ml/kg);第二组分四次口服生理盐水,每次间隔12小时,最后一次给盐水后1小时口服对乙酰氨基酚(640mg/kg);第三组,将生理盐水换成茜草
