La1-xCexMnO3催化剂及其催化碳烟氧化活性研究

以葡萄糖为络合剂制得了La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3(x=0、0.2、0.4和0.6)系列钙钛矿型催化剂,并对其微观理化特性及不同气体氛围下催化碳烟氧化的活性进行了评价。结果表明,随Ce取代量增加,催化剂中钙钛矿相减少,CeO_2相增加;比表面积先增加后减少,在取代量为x=0.4时,比表面积最大。TPO实验表明:Ce部分取代A位的La可以提高钙钛矿型催化剂对碳烟氧化的催化活性,且取代量为x=0.4时催化剂的活性最高;NO_2的存在显著促进了催化剂对碳烟氧化反应的催化活性,但并未影响La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3催化剂的活性变化规律。 La_ (1-x) Ce_xMnO_3 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6) series perovskite catalysts were synthesized with glucose as complexing agent and their microstructural properties and catalytic activity of soot oxidation under different gas atmospheres did an evaluation. The results showed that with the increase of Ce substitution, the perovskite phase decreased and the CeO_2 phase increased. The specific surface area first increased and then decreased. When the substitution amount was x = 0.4, the specific surface area was the largest. The results of TPO showed that the partial substitution of La for Ce by Ce could increase the catalytic activity of perovskite-type catalysts for soot oxidation, and the highest catalytic activity was obtained when the substitution amount was x = 0.4. The presence of NO 2 significantly promoted the oxidation of soot The catalytic activity of La_ (1-x) Ce_xMnO_3 was not affected by the activity of La_ (1-x) Ce_xMnO_3.
