德国“双元制”职业教育人才培养模式是德国科技、社会经济发展以及传统师徒文化共同的产物,对德国的职业教育产生了深远的影响,为德国的经济发展培养了大批高素质、技能型人才。我国非常重视职业教育的发展,笔者通过分析德国“双元制”职业教育的培养模式、运行机制,希望能够从中获得一些启示,推动我国职业教育的发展。
The training mode of German “dual system” vocational education is a common product of German science and technology, socio-economic development and traditional mentoring culture. It has a profound impact on the vocational education in Germany and has cultivated a large number of high-quality , Skilled personnel. Our country attaches great importance to the development of vocational education. By analyzing the training mode and operating mechanism of German “dual system” vocational education, the author hopes to gain some enlightenment and promote the development of vocational education in our country.
